Q: Does AFUSA hold fund-raising events?

A: Yes. This past June 18th, the Armenia Fund, U.S.A. held a Gala Event at the Lyc�e Francais de New York Grand Ballroom with food, dancing and an exciting silent auction which included beautiful art work, an autographed Andre Agassi tennis racquet and items from Chanel, Tiffany's, Le Cirque and others. Chaired by Christopher Atamian, the event alone raised over $100,000. Over the coming year, the Armenia Fund, U.S.A. plans to hold other such events to bring together the Tri-State Armenian community in order to help the homeland in this time of need.
