SPECIAL-INTEREST PROJECTS

AFFECT

Armenia Fund USA’s mission of implementing large-scale infrastructure projects has been successfully achieved over the past years as the Fund continues touching lives of thousands of people in Armenia and Karabakh.

Our mission, however, is not only restricted to large-scale initiatives, but also includes badly needed, although sometimes smaller in scale projects which have captured the vision of some of the Fund’s donors and supporters.

In their continuing commitment to affect social change, over the years certain donors have sponsored individual “Special-Interest Projects” and have chosen Armenia Fund USA to implement their project of choice. The Fund takes pride in facilitating major gifts for worthwhile projects that fit within our overall mission. Today, we have a series of such initiatives ranging from restoration of orphanages and hospitals to bringing clean/drinking water to the thirsty remote villages of Karabakh. These special-interest projects, some recently completed, others still on-going, are working examples of how Armenia Fund USA collaborates with individual donors who have a specific philanthropic goal in mind.

Such initiatives, in fact, become part of larger infrastructure projects building upon our mission of providing long-term sustainability and development.
